TEBHOS is a text and voice chat app for friends and communities, developed in Türkiye. The project is developed and operated by a small team based in Türkiye.

TEBHOS's revenue comes only from optional subscriptions (TEBHOS Pro and Business Class) and digital product sales (Server Boosts, shop items and gifts). As binding commitments in the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service:

• •we do not sell advertising and do not enter advertising partnerships
• •we do not sell, rent, license or monetise user data
• •we do not train AI models on user content

The seller that operates TEBHOS and is referred to as "TEBHOS" or "we" in the Terms of Service is set out below. Payments are collected by our payment provider Polar as merchant of record (see "Payment and delivery").

We usually respond to support requests within 48 hours. For account matters, write from the email address registered to your account where possible; it makes verifying your identity easier. For announcements you can follow our official X account: x.com/Tebhoscom.

The paid services we offer and their current prices are listed below. All prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT unless stated otherwise; the full amount is shown on the checkout page before you buy. Prices may change going forward; subscription price increases are notified at least 30 days in advance and apply from the next billing period.

• •TEBHOS Pro — an automatically renewing subscription tied to your account: ₺89.99/month or ₺899.99/year (₺75.00 per month equivalent). Higher limits, profile personalisation, 4K/60 fps screen sharing, a one-time lifetime allowance of 10 free Server Boosts. Details: Premium.
• •Server Boost — one-time: ₺49.99 each, per 30 days. Applied to a server; 10 boosts unlock Level 1 and 25 boosts unlock Level 2, and the benefits are available to all members of the server. Details: Boost.
• •Shop items — one-time cosmetic products: nameplates ₺60, avatar decorations ₺80, fixed-content bundles ₺110 (price range: ₺60–₺110). Current prices in the shop and on the checkout page are identical. Details: Shop.
• •Business Class — an automatically renewing per-server subscription that only the server owner can buy: 399.99 TL/month or 3,849.99 TL/year. Details: Business Class.
• •Gifts — TEBHOS Pro (1 or 12 months), Server Boosts and shop items can be gifted at the same prices, only to people on your friends list. Details: Gift.

The free plan (TEBHOS Starter) offers messaging, voice and video chat, servers and the core features for free; paid services are optional. We do not market to minors; purchases require being 18 or older, or parental/guardian consent. We do not sell random or chance-based content.

• •Payment provider: Payments are collected by Polar (polar.sh) as merchant of record. Polar takes your payment, issues the sales document and collects applicable taxes. Your card details never reach TEBHOS at any stage.
• •Payment methods: Credit and debit cards (the methods Polar offers on the checkout page). The checkout page opens from the in-app store after you sign in; purchase links on the website take you to the app.
• •Delivery: All products are digital and are applied instantly to your account (to your server for boosts, to the recipient's account for gifts) as soon as payment is confirmed. There is no physical delivery and no shipping fee.
• •Invoice: The purchase confirmation and sales document are sent by Polar by email to the address registered to your account. The subscription-management link in that email lets you stop renewal and update your payment method.
• •Currency: Prices are in Turkish lira; for purchases from outside Türkiye, local taxes may be shown on the checkout page and your bank may apply a currency-conversion difference.

• •Subscription cancellation: You can cancel TEBHOS Pro and Business Class at any time from inside the app, via the link in Polar's email or through [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period; benefits continue until the end of the period you paid for and the remaining time is not refunded.
• •Refunds: For TEBHOS Pro and Business Class subscriptions you can request a refund within 5 days of purchase by writing to [email protected]; every request is reviewed individually. Unredeemed Pro gifts can be refunded within 5 days; redeemed gifts, Server Boosts, shop items and bundles are non-refundable (except for defective products).
• •Right of withdrawal: Because the products are digital content performed instantly, the right of withdrawal ends under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation and by the consent you give at purchase.

• •Windows desktop app: Windows 10 or later, 64-bit. The installer is available on the Download page.
• •Browser: A current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari; the app runs in the browser and as a PWA via "add to home screen".
• •Connection: A continuous internet connection is required. A stable broadband connection is recommended for voice and video chat and screen sharing.
• •macOS and mobile: Native apps are not yet available ("coming soon"); on these devices TEBHOS can be used through the browser.

Paid services have the same system requirements as the free plan; no additional hardware is required.

The checkout page opens on the domain of our payment provider Polar (polar.sh and its subdomains). Only addresses listed on this page or linked from tebhos.com are official. If in doubt, ask at [email protected].

TEBHOS will never ask you by email for your password, payment details or other sensitive security information. Official TEBHOS emails come from addresses ending in @tebhos.com; service emails are sent from [email protected]. Purchase confirmations and invoices are sent by our payment provider Polar.

The binding language of our legal documents is Turkish; English translations are provided for convenience.

The "TEBHOS" name and the TEBHOS logo belong to us. Current versions of our logos are provided on the website under the /tebhos/brand/ directory; you may use these files as they are when linking to or mentioning TEBHOS.

• •Do not modify, recolour, rotate, reshape or combine the logo with another mark; keep its proportions and clear space.
• •Do not use the logo in a way that suggests TEBHOS endorses, or is partnered with, a product, service or event.
