All paid products on TEBHOS (Pro, Boosts, Shop items, Business Class) use the same payment infrastructure. This page explains how payment is taken, which methods are accepted and where to find your invoice.
Who processes the payment?
Payments are processed by Polar as our merchant of record. This means:
- You enter your card details on Polar’s secure payment page; your card number never reaches TEBHOS and is not stored by us.
- Polar issues the invoice and sends it to the email address on your account.
- On your card statement, the transaction appears under Polar’s name.
Accepted payment methods
You can pay by credit or debit card on the payment page (Visa, Mastercard and the other card types listed on the payment page). The payment page may also offer additional methods depending on your country; the valid options are shown at checkout.
Prices and taxes
Prices shown on the site and in the app are in Turkish lira and include VAT; no extra tax is added at the payment step. Current prices: Premium, Shop, Boost, Business Class.
The purchase flow
- Sign in to the app — signing in is required to buy.
- Pick the product in the shop and go to the payment step; Polar’s payment page opens.
- Enter your card details and confirm the payment.
- The product is applied to your account as soon as payment completes — delivery is instant and digital.
You must be 18, or act with a parent’s consent, to buy; see Minimum age requirements.
Invoice and receipt
For every payment, Polar sends a receipt/invoice to the email address on your account. If you cannot find it, search your inbox for “Polar” (including spam). You can also reach your past invoices from the Polar customer portal; see Managing your subscription.
If a payment fails
If your card was declined, make sure your bank allows international/online transactions, or try another card. If payment was taken but the product did not switch on, restart the app; if the problem persists, write to [email protected] with the purchase date and your email address. For a transaction you do not recognise, see Unauthorised charges.
